I woke up this morning, which happened to be around lunch time, with the need of staying in. The weather also helped me. Therefore, I’ve spent the whole day in bed, watching Netflix or scrolling through the Instagram feed, every 10 minutes. In order to feel like I’ve done something productive today, I took a shower after I applied a homemade scrub for skin, which also helps at reducing the cellulite. I have started this treatment only 5 days ago, applied every single day, before shower, so I don’t see any big changes on my skin yet, except the fact that my skin is softer, but I’ll keep you updated.

All you need is around 30-50 g of coffee grounds and 3 tablespoons of olive oil. You mix them together into a paste and apply it wherever you need. I recommend to wet the skin with warm water before. It’s indicated to massage the area for a few minutes while you have the scrub applied on it, without any special bath sponge, then just wash it off. I apply it only on my legs and butt. After I wash it off, I use milk body lotion to moisturize the skin and get rid of the oil on my skin.
