Get ready for summer: How to lose a few kg/pounds!

Hello, girls!

How comes that I only get the chance to write on rainy days? Yes, it’s raining :( All I can think of is SUMMER, SUMMER, SUMMER! But, of course, the huge amount of projects that need to be done as soon as possible is just another simple way of keeping me down to Earth, haha!

On the other hand, I have two important things to tell you! The first one is that I can’t wait to write about an app made by Lucian, my lover 😀 And the second one is the fact that my blog has a new e-mail address: . It is more personal than the other one :)

Finally, let’s start with the main subject of this post: How to lose a few kg/pounds!

We all know the importance of a healthy lifestyle and the fact that our bodies need a lot of nutrients and water in order to function properly. But before sticking to a healthy eating routine , we might want to lose a little bit of weight. Here’s a simple solution to lose a few kg/pounds and the results are totally worth it!

DAY 1 – DAY 8: Eat around 600 kcal
DAY 9 – DAY 10: Detox! (smoothies, water, home-made juices)
DAY 11: Eat only fruits/vegetables, water
DAY 12 – DAY 17: Eat around 800 kcal
DAY 18 – DAY 25: Eat around 500 kcal (fruits and vegetables only)
DAY 26 – DAY 29: Eat around 600 kcal

After this simple “diet”, try to eat as healthy as possible, including in your meals a lot of fruits & vegetables, chicken, fish, eggs and eat less bread!

*If you don’t feel well after a day or a few days, stop doing it! And don’t forget to exercise daily, even if it’s only for 30 minutes*
