Life and Health: Smoothies recipes!

Hello, my loves!

To be honest, my motivation for losing some weight has dissapeared these days and I have to get back on track as soon as possible, for the reason that I don’t feel pretty good :( I need to be as ambitious as I was before in order to feel healthy. This is one of the reasons for trying to find some smoothies recipes to start, from now on, living as healthy,as I did before. I thought it would be nice sharing these recipes with you. Which one is your favorite? ❤

There are a lot of surprising smoothies that aid in weight loss, with a minimum of ingredients , and these are a few of them: 

Peanut butter and banana smoothie  


Half of one banana
1/2 cup smooth or crunchy low-fat peanut butter
1/2 cup of non-fat milk
6 ice cubes
1 tablespoon of low-fac cocoa powder
Place all of the ingredients into the blender and blend until it’s smooth.

Mocha smoothie 


4 small ice cubes
1/2 cup of low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
1 shot of espresso
2 teaspoons of cocoa powder
Add ingredients to blender in this order, then blend at a high speed until smooth.

Watermelon smoothie 


6 cups of seedless watermelon, chopped
1 cup of lemon sherbet,  low0fat milk, or low-fat vanilla yogurt
12 ice cubes
Put half the watermelon in the blender and blend until smooth, then add half of the ice and sherbet; blend until smooth. Repeat the process with the rest of the ingredients.

Strawberry banana smoothie 

1 cup of strawberries
1 banana
1/2 cup of low-fat yogurt or milk
5 ice cubes (if you want to add some, of course)
1/2 of a sliced orange

Kiwi and honey smoothie 


1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of lemon juice

 Peach smoothie Recipe:

1 cup of low-fat milk
1 cup of frozen, unsweetened peaches
2 teaspoons of honey

See? It’s so easy to made a smoothie!

Lemon-orange smoothie (This is my favorite one!)

Tangy and sweet, this is a great way to get your vitamin C… from a smoothie that aids in weight loss! The citrus is so refreshing, you’ll love this for breakfast or lunch. Needless to say, it’s a delightful summer treat too. So, winter, you can go away now.


1 cup of skim milk or soy milk
6 teaspoons of lemon yogurt
1 medium-sized orange in sections
6 ice cubes

Pineapple smoothie 

1 cup low-fat milk
4 canned pieces pineapple chunks, with the juice
1 tablespoon (or teaspoon, it depens on how sweet you want it) of honey

Banana Almond smoothie 


1 banana, sliced and frozen
1/2 cup of almond milk or non-fat yogurt
A drizzle of honey

Mixed up fruit smoothie 

1/4 cup of apple slices
1/4 cup of banana slices
1 orange, peeled
1 tablespoon of honey
6 ice cubes
